Enjoy layers of pork upon pork plus pickles, mustard and cheese in this simply sensational sandwich.
- 1 soft white roll, halved
- 2 ounces yellow mustard
- 3 ounces Mojo pork loin, sliced thin
- 2 ounces sliced ham
- 6-8 pickle slices
- 2 ounces Swiss cheese
Preheat panini press or griddle.
Spread cut sides of the roll with mustard. On the bottom half, layer pork loin, ham, pickles and Swiss cheese. Cover with the top half of the roll and place in the panini press. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the sandwich is heated through and the outside is crisp.
If using a griddle, press the sandwich with a spatula as it cooks and flip halfway through to crisp both sides.
