This lovely, lemonade-like cocktail has the perfect balance of sweet and tart from the addition of apricot jam and limoncello.
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces vodka
- ½ ounce limoncello
- 1 heaping spoonful apricot jam
- 2 ounces Fever-Tree Bitter Lemon
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for about 10 seconds. Strain contents into an ice-filled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon slices.
