Pineapple, cherry and hints of lime make this tropical cocktail perfect for summer sipping. With a few little changes, it also makes a sweet, refreshing mocktail!
Ingredients
Cocktail:
- 1 ounce Plantation Pineapple Rum
- ½ ounce Velvet Falernum
- ½ ounce cherry liqueur
- 2½ ounces pineapple juice
- A few dashes Angostura Bitters
- Orange twist, for garnish
Mocktail:
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce real grenadine
- Soda water, to top off
Preparation
For a cocktail, combine all ingedients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for about 10 seconds. Strain contents into a glass filled with ice and garnish with an orange twist.
For a mocktail, combine pineapple juice and grenadine in an ice-filled shaker and shake for around 10 seconds. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and top with soda water.
