Sriracha Snap Snack Mix

Spice things up with this take on the traditional party snack mix!
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice cereal squares
- 2 cups corn cereal squares
- 2 cups wheat cereal squares
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 cup corn nuts
- 1 cup wasabi peas
- 1 cup Bugles snack crackers
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted
- 6 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 250°F.
In a large bowl, combine cereals, pretzels, corn nuts, peas and Bugle crackers. Set aside.
To the melted butter, add Sriracha, soy sauce and garlic powder and toss gently to coat.
Pour sauce over cereal mix and combine. Spread mix in an even layer onto a large, rimmed cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until dry and toasty.
Remove from oven and let cool completely, as this makes the mix crunchy. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, pour into serving bowl and enjoy.
