Muglette (Mug Omelette)

Enjoy this quick, easy, healthy and portable breakfast. An omelette nuked in a mug makes eating the most important meal of the day a breeze.
Ingredients
- 12 egg whites
- ½ cup spinach, sliced
- 2 slices cooked turkey bacon, diced
- ¼ cup green bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- ¼ cup yellow onion, chopped
- ¼ cup tomato, diced
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Spray four, microwave-safe, medium-sized mugs with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into all four mugs evenly. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir and cook an additional 30 seconds - 1 minute, until eggs are done. Enjoy!
