Triple Crème, Prosciutto & Arugula Grilled Cheese

Take your classic grilled cheese to a whole new level with triple crème cheese, prosciutto di Parma and a handful of fresh arugula.
Ingredients
- 4 slices Pugliese bread
- 1 ounce unsalted butter, softened
- 8 ounces triple crème cheese
- 6 thin slices prosciutto di Parma
- 1 handful baby arugula
Preparation
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Place buttered side down in heated skillet and cook for 3–5 minutes, until golden. Flip bread, add cheese and cook for an additional 3–5 minutes.
Place prosciutto and arugula onto melted cheese, close sandwich and allow to rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
