Frittata Frutti del Mare

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup Fresh to Market Whole Milk
- 2 ounces bay scallops
- 3 oysters, shucked
- 1 tablespoon butter, divided
- 2 ounces bay shrimp
- 2 ounces crab meat
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Whisk together eggs and milk and set aside. In a small nonstick sauté pan, lightly sauté scallops and oysters in half of the butter, then set aside.
Heat remaining butter in a small nonstick sauté pan over medium-high heat, then add egg mixture. When eggs begin to set, add remaining ingredients and place in oven for 3–4 minutes, until fluffy and golden. Serve immediately.
