Gluten-Free Maple Fruit & Nut Squares

These simple fruit and nut-based treats are great for anytime snacking!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup toasted almond slivers
- ¼ cup roasted pistachios, divided
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup maple syrup, divided
Preparation
In a food processor, blend cranberries, almonds and all but 1 tablespoon of the pistachios to a rough chop. Add the salt, cinnamon and ¼ cup maple syrup and continue blending until incorporated. Form mixture into small squares.
In a small sauce pan, reduce remaining maple syrup to thicken, stirring continuously. Dip the top side of each square into the maple syrup reduction and set down to cool. Crush the remaining pistachios and sprinkle on top.
