This drink is a must-have for any Halloween bash. Add a fun twist with a radish and olive eyeball garnish.
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces vodka
- ½ cup tomato juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1 celery stick, for garnish
- 3 radishes, for garnish
- 3 pimento-stuffed olives, for garnish
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper and ice. Shake well, then strain into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with celery, olives and radish. For a fun Halloween twist, patially peel the radishes then attach slices of pimento-stuffed olives to look like monster eyeballs at the top of the celery.
