Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pound (454 grams) powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
Preparation
Whip butter and kosher salt in an electric mixer with the paddle attachment for about 2 minutes, then slowly add powdered sugar. Once incorporated, add heavy cream and vanilla paste and beat until fluffy.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
