Spicy Chicken Tender Sliders

Homemade coleslaw and a sweet and spicy honey gochujang sauce take air-fried chicken tenders over the top in these sensational sliders.
Ingredients
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black sesame seeds
Sliders:
- 1 package Just Bare Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Strips
- 12 slider buns or dinner rolls, halved
Oregano Coleslaw:
- ¼ head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- ½ red onion, sliced thin
- 3 sprigs oregano, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Preparation
In a medium workbowl, whisk all sauce ingredients together until well combined, then set aside.
Air-fry chicken strips according to package directions then immediately toss with sauce.
In a large bowl, mix all coleslaw ingredients until well combined.
Toast halved buns. Top bottom bun with sauced chicken strips, coleslaw and top bun. Serve immediately.
