Grilled Picanha with Chimichurri

Chimichurri adds a bright, herbaceous note (and a spicy kick!) to succulent, tender pichana. Find a pre-made sauce in our Grocery Department or make your own with our recipe for Chimichurri Dressing.
Ingredients
- 2 picanha steaks
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
- 4 ounces chimichurri
Preparation
Heat grill on medium-high.
Season picanha with salt and pepper. Grill 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your preferred doneness.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with chimichurri and your favorite sides.
