Crostini with Marinated Chèvre & Sun-Dried Tomatoes

For an easy appetizer in no time flat, whip up these savory bites made with marinated goat cheese from our Kitchen.
Ingredients
- 1 container (7 ounces) Nugget Market's Marinated Chèvre
- 1 bag (4.23 ounces) bruschetta toasts
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup basil, chiffonade
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Preparation
Remove marinated chèvre from container, reserving the oil, and place cheese in a work bowl. Add 2–3 tablespoons of the reserved oil to the cheese and mix in with a spatula until smooth and spreadable.
Lay bruschetta toasts on a work surface. Spread each with goat cheese, top with sun-dried tomatoes and basil, then finish with a drizzle with balsamic glaze. Transfer to a board or tray to serve.
