Vegan Chocolate Sauce

This easy chocolate sauce uses a dairy alternative to create a silky, clean chocolate sauce perfect for dipping, drizzling and coating.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces almond milk
- 3 ounces vegan dark chocolate (chips or roughly chopped squares)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2–3 tablespoons granulated sugar
Preparation
Bring almond milk to a simmer over medium heat.
Place chocolate in a work bowl. Pour hot almond milk over the chocolate and whisk until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and then add sugar to taste.
Chill before serving.
