A zesty herb sauce perfect for a variety of uses as a finisher to just about anything from eggs, pizza or barbecued meats.
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 bunch oregano, picked
- 1 bunch parsley
- ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
- 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- ¾ cup olive oil
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree 10-15 seconds until incorporated.
