Shakshuka

Shakshuka is staple dish in Moroccan cuisine that consists of eggs cooked in a highly seasoned tomato sauce. Not only is it simple and easy to make, it’s also delicious any time of day!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- ½ yellow onion, small diced
- 1 red bell pepper, small diced
- 1 jar Mina Shakshuka Sauce
- 4 large eggs
Preparation
Heat oven to 350°F.
Heat a cast iron pan to medium heat, then add olive oil, garlic, onion and bell pepper and sauté for 2 minutes. Add Mina Shakshuka Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Crack 1 egg into each quadrant of the pan. Move pan to oven and bake until the egg whites are set, 6–8 minutes.
