Associates cite company’s commitment to providing a family-friendly work environment as key ingredient in creating a great place to work.
Thanks to Nugget Markets’ associate responses, the local, family-owned-and-operated grocer has ranked #26 on FORTUNE Magazine’s 2015 national list of “100 Best Companies to Work For” marking a 10-year milestone.
“We’ve been looking to expand into the Marin community for a number of years and when David approached us, I knew it was a perfect fit. Paradise Foods and Nugget Markets share similar goals and values, and we both have built our businesses on quality, selection and service,” says Stille.
Managing principal and attorney Mitchell Ostwald describes the partnership with Nugget Markets as “a great benefit for Series subscribers. Nugget is a local, family-owned business known for its exceptional service, huge selection, high quality, and beautiful displays of meat, produce and deli items. Last season Nugget created a stunning food display in the theater, and we are excited for their upcoming efforts at the Alice Waters event.
