Nugget Markets and Armstrong Development Announce Campus Oaks Project in West Roseville
Woodland, CA – (October 13, 2017) Eric Stille, President/CEO of Nugget Markets, announced earlier this week that Nugget Market, Inc. and Armstrong Development are under contract to purchase 30 acres on the southeast corner of Blue Oaks Blvd. and Woodcreek Oaks Blvd. in West Roseville from local property and business owner, Stephen Des Jardin.
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to expand our services into the West Roseville community,” Stille said. “We believe the expansion into the Campus Oaks development will be a perfect fit for both the community and our company.”
The Campus Oaks development will become West Roseville’s “new downtown,” housing a number of boutique retail shops, restaurants, a health club and a number of other services. An early education center will reside on the backside of the development.
Doug Kyle, President of Armstrong Development, and his team are responsible for vetting the diverse services that will occupy the center. Leasing activity was unveiled at the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) convention in Los Angeles in early October. Leasing activity has been brisk and details will be announced in the very near future.
