Join us as we explore and discover cheese from some of the greatest cheese making regions of the world. Learn why cheese has been the perfect meal for centuries while you are taken on a” tour de fromage” to the far corners of the world. This class is perfect for the budding cheese enthusiast who wants to take their cheese knowledge to the next level. 8-10 cheeses and 5 wines will be served. Classes cost $30/person and attendees must be at least 21 years of age. Pre-payment is required and space is limited.
