Though our cheese-making history is still in its infancy, some of the world's best cheeses are born right here. We will taste incredible artisan cheeses from the West coast to the East coast and many in-between. 8 cheeses, 4 wines and accompaniments will be served. Classes cost $30/person and attendees must be at least 21 years of age.
