Event Calendar at Nugget Markets & around town

Join Nugget Market on Thursday, May 2, in giving where your heart is during the Big Day of Giving (a.k.a. BDOG)! Presented by the Sacramento Region Community Foundation (SRCF), this annual 24-hour, community-wide giving event aims to unite people throughout the Sacramento region to raise funds for more than 800 local nonprofits that strengthen El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento and Yolo counties. 

As a partner of the SRCF, Nugget Market is honored to both sponsor this event and the Yolo Community Foundation’s nonprofit directory that features all participating nonprofits in Yolo County—find it in all Yolo County Nugget Market locations now through May 2, 2024! Not only that, Nugget Market is also donating matching funds to help nonprofit organizations that support mental health and crisis intervention in the four-county region.

Fun Fact: Since 2013, BDOG has inspired $91 million in gifts for nonprofits! In 2023 alone, over 31,000 people rallied together to raise $13.7 million in support of 763 nonprofit organizations in our area! Think we can top that in 2024?
