It’s that time of year again! Celebrate our region’s bounty of local food, drink, growers and producers at Sacramento’s annual Farm-to-Fork Festival. Known as America’s Farm-to-Fork capital, the Sacramento area is home to abundant farmland, food production and a vibrant culinary scene. The Farm-to-Fork Festival will feature all things local, from vendors, food and drink, to entertainment, activities and music—not to mention special demos led by a few of Nugget Markets’ talented team! Visit our booth for a variety of demonstrations starting every hour on the hour:

• 11 a.m. – Cascade Creek Lamb 101
• 12 p.m. – How to Build a Cheese Board
• 1 p.m. – Pasta Making
• 2 p.m. – Sourdough Starters
• 3 p.m. – Sweet & Savory Galettes
• 4 p.m. – Flower Arranging
• 5 p.m. – Pickling & Fermenting
