Event Calendar at Nugget Markets & around town

We're proud sponsors of the first annual Chalk on the Block in Woodland, in support of the Woodland Farmer's Market (now in its 20th year).  On May 30th, Chalk on the Block combines art and healthy living to teach our kids about healthy options while having fun and seeing art in action!  Local artists and community members come together at Heritage Plaza to create unique squares of artwork depecting the farmer's market theme and the importance of local ag.  Check out the Nugget Markets Doodle Zone, where kids can draw their favorite fruits and vegetables while learning about nutrition from a UC Davis student farm volunteer.  www.woodlandfarmersmarket.org.
