Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of California who are at least 18 years of age. Nugget Market, Inc. associates and immediate family are not eligible, but extended family and friends are welcome to participate. By entering, participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and all decisions of Nugget Market, Inc. with respect to the giveaway. 

How to Enter

To enter the SchoolsRule–Marin 4th Annual Fundraising Gala Ticket Giveaway sign up to receive our Fresh to Market e-newsletter and Weekly Specials, and complete the online entry form found at http://www.nuggetmarket.com/contests/schools-rule-gala-ticket-giveaway/. Participants will be entered into the giveaway to win two (2) tickets to the SchoolsRule–Marin 4th Annual Fundraising Gala. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PARTICIPANT WILL BE ELIGIBLE. Participants must agree to the Official Rules by checking the “I agree to the official contest rules” box and submitting the entry form. 

Entries will be accepted from May 25, 2016 (12 a.m.) – June 19, 2016 (11:59 p.m.). Winning participants will be contacted by Nugget Market, Inc. June 20, 2016. 

Prize

The winning participants of the SchoolsRule–Marin 4th Annual Fundraising Gala Ticket Giveaway will each receive two (2) tickets to the 4th Annual Fundraising Gala on Tuesday, June 28 at Marin County Fairgrounds. 

All properly completed entries that follow the Official Rules will be eligible to win. On June 20, 2016, Nugget Markets, Inc. will hold a drawing at Nugget Market, Inc.’s corporate office, and randomly select one (1) winning participant who will be notified that same day. Participants do not need to be present to win. Winning participant must claim their prize in person at a Nugget Markets location within one (1) week of the date of notification. To receive their prize, winning participant must complete an Affidavit and Publicity Release Waiver provided by Nugget Market, Inc. and have their picture taken, prize in hand with Nugget Markets associates.

Publication of Winning Entry and Identification of Winner

Nugget Market, Inc. may publicly identify and display the name, in whole or in part, of the winning participant, though no contact or private information will be posted. The winning participant will not receive any prize or compensation beyond the two (2) tickets to the 4th Annual Fundraising Gala.

General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security or administration of the giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, Nugget Market, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, suspend, modify and/or cancel the giveaway. Nugget Market, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant Nugget Market, Inc. finds to have tampered with the entry process or to have acted in violation of these Official Rules. Nugget Market, Inc.’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of the Official Rules. 

Nugget Market, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any of the following in connection with the contest: any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to contest entries; or alteration of entries. Nugget Market, Inc. is further not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, human errors of any kind, fraud by any participant, or any combination thereof, including without limitation any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other persons’ computers related to or resulting from participation, uploading or downloading of any materials in this contest.

Sponsor Released from Liability

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to waive and release and hold harmless Nugget Market, Inc., and its owners, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in this giveaway, including, but not limited to: a) unauthorized human intervention in the drawing; b) technical errors; c) printing or typographical errors; d) errors in the administration of the drawing; and e) late, lost or undeliverable entries.
