#NuggetVacation Contest Official Rules

THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM. 

Contest Period: Nugget Markets #NuggetVacation Instagram contest starts at 12:00 a.m. PST June 20, 2016 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST August 31, 2016. 

Eligibility:

No purchase necessary to enter or win. 

Each entrant must be a registered member of Instagram on the date of entry. Only authorized account holders may enter as such. If entrant is not a registered member of Instagram, he/she may create an account at www.instagram.com. 

Entrant must be a legal resident of the U.S.A. and 18 years or older as of date of entry. 

Nugget Markets Associates from the Marketing Department of Nugget Market, Inc. are ineligible to win. 

How to Enter: 

You may enter the Contest by performing the following steps:

  1. Upload an original photo to your public Instagram account per the contest instructions.
  2. Tag the Instagram photo with #NuggetVacation 

By submitting an entry, Entrant hereby grants permission for the entry to be posted on www.instagram.com, other websites, applications or social media platforms (including www.NuggetMarket.com). 

Entrant agrees that Released Parties (as defined by Publicity Release) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of entries by third parties. 

All Submissions will be reviewed for content. Sponsor (Nugget Market, Inc.) may, in their sole discretion, remove, delete and/or forfeit any submission they deem inappropriate, indecent or obscene and unsuitable for publishing or otherwise non-compliant. Certain submissions may be featured from time to time on the Nugget Markets website and social media platforms during the Contest Period, in Sponsors’ sole discretion. Being selected as a featured submission does not guarantee selection as a prize Winner in the Contest. 

Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Contest, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrators, which are final and legally binding in all matters related to the Contest. Whether an Entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein (the “Official Rules”). 

Promotions of Terms of Submission: As conditions of entry into this Contest and by uploading a photo entry, each Entrant represents and warrants that their entire Submission (a) is wholly original; (b) has been created solely by the Entrant listed upon Submission; (c) has been legally obtained. 

Prizes: Each winner will receive the following as selected by Administrator in its sole discretion:

Gift Cards are not redeemable for Cash. 

Selection of Winner: There will be one Winner drawn every other Tuesday through the promotional period, on June 28, July 12, July 19, August 2, August 16 and August 30, 2016. 

Entrants will remain eligible for the duration of the contest, unless randomly selected as winner or contest ends. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period with a maximum of one entry per week. 

Winning entries will be re-grammed and Winners will be notified within three (3) days of selection, through direct message on Instagram and/or email account. The potential Winners will be required to respond within seven (7) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes will be picked up by the Winner at the Winner’s store location of choice. 

Publicity Release: Unless prohibited by law, as a condition of Entry, Winner must grant consent to Nugget Market, Inc. (Released Party) and their agents to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, biographical information and/or entry for publicity or advertising in any media or manner, without further payment, consideration, notice or approval and without geographic or time limitation.
