Heart–Healthy Art!

Color your way to a healthy heart! Your little one, ages 3–11, can participate in the Heart–Healthy Art! Contest for a chance to win a Nugget Markets Gold Coin (value $10.00). 

How to enter: 

• Pick up your coloring sheet in store, or print the PDF attached to the Daily Dish about how to have a healthy heart. 

• Take it home and get creative! Color the illustration and draw in heart-healthy food or exercise. 

• Turn it in to your local Nugget Markets for a chance to win a prize! Don’t forget to circle your child’s age group. 

• Each age group (ages 3-5, 6-8 and 9-11) will have one winner per store. The winners will be notified by their store.
