#NuggetMarkets Instagram Sweepstakes Official Rules

Contest Period:

Nugget Markets Instagram sweepstakes starts Friday, November 25, 2016, ending Friday, December 23, 2016. 

Eligibility:

No purchase necessary to enter or win. 

Each entrant must be a registered member of Instagram on the date of entry. Only authorized account holders may enter as such. If entrant is not a registered member of Instagram, he/she may create an account at www.instagram.com. Entries from private accounts will not be visible and therefore will not be counted as an entry.

Entrant must be a legal resident of the U.S.A. and 18 years or older as of date of entry. 

All Nugget Market, Inc. Associates and their immediate family members are ineligible to win. 

How to Enter:

You may enter the Contest by performing the following steps:

  1. Upload an original photo to your Instagram account per the contest instructions. Please note, entries made by private accounts cannot be seen by Nugget Markets.
  2. Tag the Instagram photo with #NuggetMarkets
  3. Look with your eyes. Elves are not to be physically touched or moved in any way for entry. 

By submitting an entry, Entrant hereby grants permission for the entry to be posted on www.instagram.com, other website, applications or social media platforms (including www.NuggetMarket.com). 

Entrant agrees that Released Parties (as defined by Publicity Release) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of entries by third parties. 

All Submissions will be reviewed for content before being published. Sponsor (Nugget Market, Inc.) may, in their sole discretion, remove, delete, and/or forfeit any submission they deem inappropriate, indecent or obscene and unsuitable for publishing or otherwise non-compliant. Certain submissions may be featured from time to time on the Nugget Markets website and social media during the Contest Period, in Sponsors’ sole discretion. Being selected as a featured submission does not guarantee selection as a prize Winner in the sweepstakes. 

Agreement to Official Rules:

By participating in the Contest, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrators, which are final and legally binding in all matters related to the Contest. Whether an Entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein (the “Official Rules”). 

Promotions of Terms of Submission:

As conditions of entry into this Contest and by uploading a photo entry, each Entrant represents and warrants that their entire Submission (a) is wholly original; (b) has been created solely by the Entrant listed upon Submission; (c) has been legally obtained. 

Prizes:

Each winner will receive the following as selected by Administrator in its sole discretion:

Gift Cards are not redeemable for Cash. 

Selection of Winners:

There will be one Winner drawn weekly through the promotional period, one drawn on each of the following dates: December 2, 9, 16 and 23, 2016. 

Entrants will remain eligible unless chosen as a Winner for the duration of the contest, until randomly selected as winner or contest ends. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period with a maximum of one entry per week. 

Winning entries will be re-grammed and Winners will be notified within three (3) days of selection, through direct message on Instagram and/or email account. The potential Winners will be required to respond within seven (7) days or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes will be picked up by the Winner at the Winner’s store location of choice. 

Publicity Release:

Unless prohibited by law, as a condition of Entry, Winner must grant consent to Nugget Market, Inc. (Released Party) and their agents to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, biographical information and/or entry for publicity or advertising in any media or manner, without further payment, consideration, notice or approval and without geographic or time limitation.
