In our meat departments, we use our Fresh to Market signature seasonings, hand mixed with our 85 percent lean ground beef, to create delicious, hand–shaped burgers. Our most popular flavor is our Garlic and Pepper Seasoned Burger, a tasty patty that is gluten free and packed with flavor in every bite.

Compart Pork: The "Black Angus" of the Pork World
In our meat departments we are offering a new premium pork, known as Compart Duroc Pork. Duroc is a breed of pig that excels in meat quality, documented in tests performed by the National Pork Producers. Pork is widely known as “the other white meat,” but the Duroc breed yields a dark pink to dark reddish pink, which is the most desirable color to look for when shopping for pork. Darker reddish pork typically will be juicier, more tender and have a higher pH, which is essential for superior eating quality.
