In the vast world of craft beers, sour beers are some of the most interesting and diverse. Known for their tart and sour taste, some styles can actually be fruity and slightly sweet.

As a mixologist, I’m frequently asked, “Why can’t I make a martini at home like the one you make for me?”
Think it's too hot outside for red wine? Consider Tempranillo!
I have to say I am a fan of bourbons, especially Buffalo Trace, served with a single ice cube. The only downside to adding ice to a fine glass of bourbon is that normal cubed ice tends to melt quickly and dilute the bourbon’s flavor. Sausage and beer are practically BFFs, and our beer gurus, Don and Mike, have put together five masterful match-ups. We use all-natural seasonings free of nitrates, nitrites, phosphates and MSG and we always use natural pork and chicken.
With warmer weather comes Al Fresco dining, what better way to enjoy your meal and great company than with lively Sauvignon Blanc. Grown throughout the world, this expressive grape produces many different styles of wine depending on where it is cultivated.
We love Malbec, and Argentina's Catena Winery is the gold standard for this varietal. It's a beautiful wine with great concentration of black fruits, well-integrated tannins, bright acidity, and a long finish. The 2010 vintage now in stock is rated 91 Pts by The Wine Advocate. Pairing nicely with grilled beef, this wine is available for $19.99, save $8.00.
This might just be the coolest new product in our wine department! Stack Wines were created by three wine enthusiasts who met while working on their MBAs at UC Irvine. They consist of four individually packaged, 187 ml, plastic stemless glasses, which they call Vinoware. These special glasses snap together, with a total volume that is equal to the traditional 750 ml bottle of wine.
