We’re committed to supporting local farms and promoting social responsibility. We’re proud to offer Grade A local, organic, humanely-produced, pasteurized milk. Our milk comes from cows roaming in the pastures of small family farms in the Marin and Sonoma counties and is certified humane by the American Humane Association.
Our milk is not ultra pasteurized. That means that the milk in this carton was heated to a lower temperature than ultra-pasteurized resulting in a fresher taste. This method of pasteurizing the milk prevents the cooked flavors often found in ultra-pasteurized milk.
