They employ year–round, full–time employees to grow, harvest, pack and ship organically grown produce all throughout Northern California, including their delicious beets. Beets have started becoming quite popular among the juicing community, but we also love them in salads—especially when used in our recipe for a wonderful springtime salad with pears and goat cheese.
