Inspired by their Dutch heritage, the second generation of this candy-making family remains committed to buying Fair Trade cocoa and supporting farmers in developing communities. They also continue the tradition of pancrafting gourmet chocolates, a special technique that involves layering chocolate over a variety of scrumptious fillings like whole roasted nuts, sun-dried fruits, handcrafted caramels and other quality ingredients.
Speaking of flavorful fillings, here are a few of our favorites:
Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels: A guest favorite, these choice chocolates boast a caramel filling made with real pure cane sugar, AA butter and a hint of sea salt.
Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Cashews: For a nutty twist, enjoy this sweet and salty snack made with whole roasted cashews layered in dark chocolate.
Chocolate Red Cherries: These gorgeous red gems feature dried Bing cherries coated in premium milk chocolate and Marich’s own cherry fruit coating.
Chocolate Blueberries: Another fruity favorite, these beautiful blue sweets are made with milk chocolate, blueberries and a blueberry-flavored confectioner’s glaze.
