• ½ cup frozen strawberries
• ½ cup ice
• ½ cup fresh or ¼ cup frozen spinach
• ½ cup non-dairy yogurt
• ½ cup almond milk

Add 1 teaspoon of water to the bottom of your blender. Add the strawberries, ice, spinach, yogurt and almond milk. Blend until almost smooth. Add the protein powder and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass, insert a reusable straw and get sipping!

Nut Your Average Smoothie

• ½ cup ice
• 1 banana
• 1 cup almond milk
