Hawaiian Kalua Salt & Hawaiian Bar-B-Q Sauce:
1 pork shoulder (3 pounds)
3 tablespoons Hawaiian Kalua Salt
Hawaiian Bar-B-Q Sauce to taste
Season pork shoulder with Hawaiian Kalua Salt on all sides. Place in a roasting pan and cover tightly. Cook in a 275°F oven for 5-6 hours until tender. Remove cover and bake for an additional 30 minutes to crisp. Shred and serve on rolls with Hawaiian Bar-B-Q Sauce.
Korean Barbecue Marinade:
Marinate chicken wings with Korean Barbecue Marinade for 30 minutes. Place on greased roasting rack and bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F and are golden brown.
Char Siu Marinade:
1 boneless pork shoulder (3 pounds)
12 ounces Char Siu Marinade
Cut pork shoulder into strips approximately 2 inches thick. Marinate with 8 ounces Char Siu Marinade for 4 hours. Heat oven to 275°F. Place marinated pork on greased roasting rack. Bake for 1-1½ hours, basting with remaining marinade every 20 minutes, to an internal temperature of 180°F. Finished pork will have a deep red glaze with crispy edges.
