Want a fun way to celebrate Earth Day for the kiddos? We’ve got the perfect thing—our Green Pledge Coloring Contest! To enter, simply visit your local Nugget Markets to pick up a coloring sheet, or download it from this blog post.

Once you have the coloring sheet, it’s time to get creative! Have your child color the illustration and write in their Green Pledge. A few kid-friendly examples might be turning off lights when you leave the room, turning off the faucet while you brush your teeth or using your reusable water bottle every day. After writing in the pledge and coloring the picture, turn it in to your local Nugget Markets by Earth Day, April 22, 2018, for a chance to win a prize!

One winner from each age group (ages 1-5, 6-8 and 9-11) will win a $10 Nugget Markets Gold Coin and a 16-ounce Klean Kanteen (or smaller, if you prefer for the little ones). Don’t forget to circle your child’s age group and write your contact information on the back so we may contact you! The winning art will also be featured on Facebook in our Green Pledge gallery. In keeping with the spirit of Earth Day, once these works of art have been fully enjoyed, rest easy knowing they will be properly recycled.
