These gourmet, lard-free tamales feature delicious seasoned fillings enveloped in masa and wrapped in a traditional corn husk. To prepare for your next fiesta, simply steam for 15-20 minutes and voila, dinner is done. Remove the corn husk, top with your favorite salsa or hot sauce and enjoy!
