Just as all the world’s a stage, all the world can be a classroom, too! Here at Nugget Markets, we love connecting with local schools and youth organizations and offer free store tours to promote interactive education. Our tours include a visit to every department in our store, where kids can learn about how a grocery store works, ask questions and even discover some behind-the-scenes secrets.

For instance, did you know Nugget Markets stores carry more than 25,000 different varieties of grocery items? That’s a lot of groceries! Kids will also get a taste of what makes Nugget Markets special, like how we have produce delivered fresh to our stores 6-7 days a week, most of it making it from the fields to our stores in less than 24 hours. We also bake our cookies, breads and other bakery treats in-house daily, so if the timing is right, a guest might even catch them while they’re still warm from the oven!
