Guess what, coconut lovers! A new item is hitting our shelves this week that you’ll go (coco)nuts for! If you want the freshest coconut water around, drop by our cold drink aisle to find real Hamona Coconuts, packed with a straw and ready to drink from the shell.
Each coconut has three "eyes" on its shell. To start sipping, simply pop the straw into the sprout eye (the largest spot with the most give) and enjoy pure, cool coconut water—that’s as fresh as it gets! After drinking the coconut water, you can then open the coconut and enjoy its meat, as well!
Hamona Coconuts are real, fresh coconuts harvested from the Mekong Delta of Vietnam. Once harvested, each coconut has a 90-day shelf life if kept under refrigeration. The coconuts lose 30 days of shelf life while being imported to the U.S., so make sure to get your coconut before the time runs out!
