Pairing #1: Deer Creek’s Vat 17 Cheddar paired with Track 7 IPA. This two-year aged cheddar is complex, bold and nutty, but maintains a lovely balance between savory and sweet. The hoppy bitterness of Track 7 IPA complements the tangy notes in the cheddar!
Pairing #2: The decadent Domaine Du Village triple crème from France paired with New Helvetia Homeland Stout. This brie has a mouthwatering buttery flavor and creamy texture and pairs perfectly with the silky smooth texture and roasty flavor of New Helvetia Homeland Stout.
Pairing #3: Saint Agur Double Crème French Blue paired with Bike Dog Milk Stout. Saint Agur's salty and sweet, supple and smooth characters partner delightfully with the sweet, chocolaty flavor and rich mouth feel of Milk Stout.
Pairing #4: Rich and nutty Beemster Paradiso Aged Gouda paired with Yolo Brewing Nutty Brown, a nut brown ale. This gouda has a mild caramel sweetness, which pairs well with this balanced brown ale that carries a caramel malt and nutty flavor.
