Like its namesake, this cake confection is light, lovely, and luscious. Our Champagne cake starts with white cake that’s delicately flavored with rum and simple syrup.

Like its namesake, this cake confection is light, lovely, and luscious. Our Champagne cake starts with white cake that’s delicately flavored with rum and simple syrup. Filled with rum custard, it’s iced with pale pink whipped topping and finished with a shell border, shimmery white chocolate curls and edged with vermicelli sprinkles. Just magnificent!
