Take your classic grilled cheese to a whole new level with triple crème cheese, prosciutto di Parma and a handful of fresh arugula.
- 4 slices Pugliese bread
- 8 ounces triple crème cheese
- 6 thin slices prosciutto di Parma
- 1 handful baby arugula
- 1 ounce butter, softened
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Place buttered side down in heated skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, until golden. Flip bread, add cheese and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Place prosciutto and arugula onto melted cheese, close sandwich and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
