Every year around the holidays, baked Brie becomes the talk of the town. The oozy, garlicky, salty creaminess will have your guests swooning—no hard work required!
- 1 small round of Brie cheese
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives, chopped
- ¼ cup roasted garlic
Preheat oven to 400°F.
With a serrated knife or a long piece of unflavored dental floss, slice off the top layer of rind from your favorite round of Brie. Place cheese cut side up on a baking sheet and top with olives and garlic.
Heat in oven for about 6-8 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serve with crusty bread, tart apple slices or your preferred accompaniment.
