Along with her experience at Nugget Markets, she loves to study wine and beverages on her own time and has her sights set on taking some tasting trips to Napa. Although, she does love a good bourbon, Laura’s preferred beverage is wine. “It has been a passion of mine for a long time and there are always new things to discover.” When it comes to pairings, she likes to keep it simple and classy: Champagne, or most any sparkling wine, with cheese like triple crème brie. “It's so fun to put together a cheese plate and pop open some bubbly!”
