Olive, Raisin, Cranberry and Almond Relish with Crostini & Gorgonzola Spread

Ingredients
- Relish:
- ½ cup raisins (golden or regular)
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup olives (any kind), coarsely chopped
- ½ cup slivered Almonds, toasted
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar or raspberry
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Crostini:
- Sourdough Baguette
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Gorgonzola Spread:
- 1- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 2 oz. Gorgonzola or Bleu Cheese crumbles
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco, optional
Preparation
Relish:
Combine all ingredients together.
Crostini:
Slice sourdough baguette into about ½ inch slices. Brush each slice with olive oil. Bake at 350° turning over when side is golden. Should take about 15 to 20 minutes.
Gorgonzola Spread:
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread the Gorgonzola mixture on the toasted crostini and bake an additional 5 minutes. Garnish with the relish and serve.
