Tarts

Butter-coated tart shells with a variety of fillings. Available in bite-size and 4-inch shells:

Fresh Fruit Tart — Coated with bittersweet chocolate and filled with chocolate or vanilla custard and topped with glazed seasonal fresh fruit and berries.
Lemon Tart — Filled with a layer of baked lemon curd, followed by a layer of lemon preserves. Topped with real whipped cream and finished with a glazed fresh lemon slice.
Pear Tart — Filled with apricot preserves, frangipan and a sliced pear half.
Apple Tart — Filled with frangipan, sliced apple filling and a sliced fresh apple half. Pecan Tart — Filled with sweet pecan pie filling.

“Cups” & Cupcakes

Chocolate Marble Tulip Cup — Marbled chocolate tulip cup filled with chocolate mousse, chocolate cake cubes and raspberry preserves. Topped with real whipped cream, chocolate cigarettes and fresh raspberries. Dusted with cocoa powder.
Chocolate Mousse Cup — Chocolate turban cup filled with chocolate mousse and topped with raspberry preserves. Finished with a fresh raspberry.
Chocolate Mousse Berry Cup — Chocolate turban cup filled with chocolate mousse and finished with mixed berries.
Lemon Vanilla Cupcake — Vanilla cupcake with lemon-flavored buttercream. Finished with a slice of lemon.
Raspberry Vanilla Cupcake — Vanilla cupcake with raspberry-flavored buttercream and finished with a raspberry on top.
Sundae Cupcake — Chocolate or vanilla cupcake topped with vanilla or chocolate buttercream and covered with chocolate ganache. Finished with a marachino cherry.
Boutique Cupcakes — White or chocolate cupcakes with flavored buttercream icing in a variety of themes and colors.

Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries

Strawberries dipped in dark chocolate. Finished with any of the following: Toasted coconut, pecans, chocolate chips, walnuts, oreo crumbs or toasted almonds

Bride and Groom Dipped Strawberries — Strawberries dipped in white chocolate. Groom is finished with partially-dipped (sides) dark chocolate with a chocolate bow tie and buttons. Bride is finished with a white chocolate gown and necklace.

Macaroons — Hand-pipped coconut cookie. Plain and partially dipped in dark chocolate available in one, two and 8-ounce sizes.
Mini Cannoli — Bite-size cannoli shells dipped in chocolate with a pistachio filling.
Crème Brûlée — Classic vanilla custard dessert with a caramelized sugar top, served in a porcelain ramekin.

Bite-size Bars

Choose from a variety of bite-size treats for a sweet, tangy or chocolatey party tray:

Lemon Bars — An all-butter shortbread topped with baked lemon curd. Dusted with snow sugar.
Key Lime Bars — Graham cracker crust with a lime filling, finished off with a dollop of whipped cream.
Mystic Bars — Graham cracker crust topped with a blend of shredded coconut, walnuts, chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Magic Brownie Bar — A chocolate fudge brownie crust with our classic Mystic Bar baked on top.
Pumpkin Bars — A butter and walnut crust topped with spiced pumpkin custard, cream cheese and walnut streusel. Availability is seasonal.
